How Long Do Press-Ons Stay On?

With proper application they can last up to 2 weeks! Or if you prefer something more temporary skip application prep and just glue for a 1-3 day wear!

 

Tips For Longer Wear:

*Pick an appropriate length for your lifestyle.

*Avoid water, lotions, & oils prior to application.

*Prep your nails correctly.

*Use gloves while doing dishes or cleaning.

 

What if my Kinky Klawz do not fit?

Kinky Klawz is NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect measurements of press ons. If you are unsure of your nail size please purchase a sizing kit for guaranteed fit.

***Please note that different nail shapes (ex: Square vs. Coffin) sizing may run differently from one another. 

How Many Nails Come In A Set?

10 nails for custom sets

10-24 for pre designed sets

Please note all custom orders will be sent a free sizing kit for an accurate fit. Custom order creation will not start until sizes are received. 

If using sizing chart (for all other nails) or you are a returning customer, sizing can be notated during check out.

 

What are the hours of operation

 Monday-Friday 9am-4pm

 

What is the processing time?

Processing time for custom nail creation and/or order fulfillment is 1-10 business days. **Please note processing time is not the same as shipping time.

 

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship USPS generally take between 3-5 business days or up to 3 business days for Priority Mail.

 **Please note

Expedited or overnight shipping is an additional fee.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your DM, email, or txt message. You can track your order through the link sent or on the USPS website.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we will in the near future!

 

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

After your package is sent to the post office, we are no longer responsible for your item(s).  If your package is lost or stolen, file a claim here with USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or call 1(800) 275-8777.

 

 If your package is returned to us, you will have to repay for shipping if you want your item resent.

 

 What if my item arrives broken?

 If item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours from the time your item was delivered to contact us about potentially receiving a replacement.

 

How do I change the shipping address on my order?

Please email info@kinkyklawz.com for any shipping address changes.  Please note that if your package has already been fulfilled or sent to the post office, we are unable to make any change

What is your return policy?

We currently are not accepting any returns or exchanges.  All items are final sale.
